Physically abused my 94 year old gran and stole

The nurses at Mothwa Haven physically abused my 94 year old gran and stole from her. The home is in a terrible state with ****roaches everywhere and the elevators not working. The stairs are always on lock down and if there was a fire, they would all die. That place is not worth a penny. No elderly person should suffer like that.
