disappointed Absa Client

I instructed Absa Bank to cancel my bond on my premises and request for my title deed so Absa Bank appointed their attorney to do the transfer but from the very first day that this attorney received instructions from the bank they were very particular about all the documents but this is their way of doing business. all documents had to be certified and the originals sent to them not via email so they had sent their messenger to collect the originals but i didnt mind but on the 28/10/2021 i received an email from Dominque Davies stating the refund form was missing so i rep**** to find out what form is she requesting for but she was not at work so a candidate attorney by the name of Justice Phefadi sent me the form and i signed and emailed it back to him but he needed the original so i requested that he sends his messenger to collect at my premises but he did not inform me that the messenger was already on his way to me so i received a call from James as a truecaller and i answered twice but i could not hear him and the messenger phoned Justice informing him that i am not taking his call but yet i answered his calls so Justice Phefadi sends me this nasty sms stating that his messenger is on his way and he is calling me but i am not taking his calls so i called his messenger from my cell phone and the call cut off whilst talking to him as he was lost and could not find my premises so i called him again and he say that he ran out of airtime but yet the candidate attorney Justice Phefadi very blatantly accuses me of not taking his messengers call but maybe he should think about giving his messenger sufficient airtime to make calls instead of making false accusations and blaming me for not taking his calls. disappointed Absa Bank Client.
