Service at Motherwell traffic department

The service at Motherwell Traffic department is atrocious. The employees have zero patience and are absolutely rude! I had an experience with a lady that works at the enquiries section who got irritated with every thing I asked her, mind you it's my first time at the traffic department so I have no idea what the process is.. I asked her a question regarding the form I filled in and she got irritated to the point where I had to ask her WHY ARE YOU BEING SO IMPATIENT WITH ME? She didn't respond and I left it at that but I am absolutely disappointed.. If you work with people on a daily basis, you need to be friendly and have patience.. I'm disgusted that they would allow their employees to treat people that way.
