Unprofessional

I purchased a breast pump on their website but I wa sy happy with the purchase since the quality versus what they were advertising, didn’t line up. The pump had no suction whatsoever and you can’t return since it’s a pump according to Mother’s Nest Co. policy…

When I voiced my concern a was blocked from the page on Facebook and I’m sure my comments were deleted as well since there are no negative comments on the posts.

I received an email which allowed me to rate and review my purchase which I proceeded to do, however, that was also deleted… seems they have the habit of removing reviews and comments as it suits them to mislead possible buyers.

Whomever I was corresponding with also had the typical “whatever, it’s not my problem” attitude towards the situation.

They also claim the pump is their own product and exclusively sold by Mother’s Nest Co. but that’s a lie as well… go figure… Worst experience ever!!!
