STILL NO DELIVERY OF ITEMS

I can not believe how shocking the customer service is at this company. Very quick to take your money and confirm an order but do not abide to their shipping guidelines and do not respond to queries regarding delivery. Delivery is late, there has been no comms at all, not a single response to emails other than an automated reply and all in all an unbelievably frustrating process.
