Order paid for and not received .. ****!?

I have paid for and ordered a breast pump on the 7 February 2023. I was mailed to say that they will advise me on the delivery date. To date I have not received any further feedback. There is no contact number on the website and the auto response to all mails are standardised and in no way helpful.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and I would not recommend anyone use their so called service. I will take this further as I would like a refund for my purchase.
