No communication, no delivery, no refund yet?

I have enquired about my order numerous times. Order was placed 11 Feb 2023. No response except for their automated response indicating they will get back to me. Please let me know when my order will be delivered or kindly do a refund. It's unacceptable for a South African company to take 5 weeks to even send out the order. Loadshedding is not an acceptable excuse.
