Misleading Advertising

I ordered the neck pillow seeing pictures of the pillow together with side pillows going down on either side. Upon receiving the pillow there were no side pillows attached, and the pillow itsself is not sufficiently stuffed. Upon reading the return policy, it would cost me an additional R200 for an inferior product. I will not be ordering from this site again, and I will spread the word about this. This site is not helpful. No contactable number and upon sending an email no response was received.
