Lies and poor quality

I bought the wearable breast pump 3 months ago and the shields are such poor quality! I’ve had to replace them 4 times already and they are not cheap. Three weeks ago I ordered another pair of shields and they delivered both items already damaged and with missing parts. They’ve been promising to deliver the replacement items since then and each day is a new story and an empty promise. Last week they said my items were out for delivery and I’m still waiting. I’m pretty sure the shield is how they milk money out of you literally because once you have the pump you have no choice but to keep buying the shields. What I thought to be a convenient modernised pump has turned out to be a nightmare and a headache. I’ll have to buy a new breast pump now from a different brand.
