Incorrect product delivered and no response on query

I ordered He or She bottles ( which were displayed as 4 bottles) and instead I received 2 Como Tomo bottles.

I ordered a 9in1 Automc Intelligent Thermostat Baby Bottle Warmer and sterilizer yet I received just a normal bottle warmer and sterilizer.

The package itself was open when l received it and the box was torn showing it has been exposed to water.

The contact number on the package rings however nobody answers. They have a 7 day policy to log a return/refund yet no one response to emails or phone calls.
