Breast pumps - terrible service

I ordered two handsfree breastpumps from them. Initially they said delivery can be expected after 7-14 workdays. This is now the end of week 4 and I still have not received my order or any correspondence as to where my order is. They did not let me know my order will not arrive in time, I had to contact them. I ordered the pumps specifically to be able to pump at work. My milk production has now rapidly declined, because I am not able to pump. I asked for a refund, but they stopped responding. I wrote a review on Facebook, which was removed. Would not recommend this company to anyone!! Worst service I have ever experienced.
