Reply to MG G’s stinky review

I’m really surprised to see this review because my experience with Smell Mai Pits has been completely different. Simone is incredibly passionate about her business and always goes above and beyond for her customers.

From what I understand, the issue with your deodorant likely stemmed from circumstances outside of Simone’s control, such as shipping conditions or environmental factors. Unfortunately, these things can happen despite a business owner’s best efforts. It’s unfair to call this a “stinky scheme” when it’s clear how much Simone cares about creating high-quality, natural products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

I’ve personally had only great experiences with Smell Mai Pits, and Simone has always been approachable and willing to address any concerns. Hopefully, this situation can still be resolved, as I’m sure she didn’t intend for you to have a bad experience. Smell Mai Pits is a fantastic small business, and I’ll continue to support it and her wholeheartedly.
