shocking service

I frequent this coffee shop however, today was the last time I will put foot in that shop. I e mailed headoffice 2 weeks ago to warn them that their staff are extremely rude, they didnt respond. This morning, Portia, the lady they have at the till who is meant to take orders, clearly did not feel like working. The doors were closed at 6 05, they open at 6am. we went in greeted her and the the barista. They ignored us. My friend who is really cheerful, tried again to engage. No response. She then asked if the coffee machines were ready, only to be told '.NO'. We said goodbye, and left, went to Mugg and Bean. No response from them whatsover. A great way to kill your business. Portia, you don't deserve your job.
