Hillcrest Pretoria Branch - No stock of cups(!?) and unprofessional staff

Shocking service. I wanted to order an iced coffee but they refused to sell me one due to “variances in cups”. I asked if I could just have a normal cup and they said it would impact their stock take. Dudu the “manager” (with zero level of customer service) said she would prefer to lose the sale than to sell me something that would cause a stock variance. I will never go to this branch again and will rather go to a competitor in future. Dudu was very rude and unhelpful.
