Disgrace at Motherland

I have just had a terrible experience at Motherland in Hobart centre, Bryanston. I was humiliated in front of customers. I have been a loyal Motherland customer for years. I have only had good experiences at the Motherland in Dunkeld and I even supported the petition fighting against Starbucks in support of local businesses. Today, I ordered my usual frozen tourist drink and I paid a ten Rand tip to the barrister. I watched the same barrister make the frozen tourist and when she was done I put out my hand and she handed it to me. In my hand. After I had left, a lady who was waiting for her order asked why it was taking so long and the barrister said that I had ****** her drink and that is why it was taking so long. The person I was with heard the whole conversation and tried to stick up for me but the more he stuck up for me the ruder the barristers became. This embarrassment would never have happened at Starbucks. If you don’t write names on the coffee cups you cannot blame the customer for taking the wrong or order especially if you handed the order to the customer personally. I will never go to Motherland again. I will rather support Starbucks because at least the customer is treated well.
