Online ****

This looks like an online ****. I placed an order for starter culture from Motherdough on 16 December 2022. The web site says orders are shipped within 3 to 7 working days. As at 30 January 2023 the order has not been fulfilled. Numerous emails were sent and only I got a response to one email on 10 January saying the order will be shipped the next day.
