Motherdough poor customer service

I booked an Ooni pizza course to be held in Durban in May this year. Unfortunately Motherdough postponed the course to the end of August which I accepted. In August the course was cancelled and they agreed to refund the R2000. I have contacted them on number ours occasions and keep getting excuses or promises for payment. This has yet to materialise, and I am so irritated. There is only an address ***, where one can send all queries. They do not have any telephone listings. I never cancelled the course, and should not be left begging for my money back.
