Bas service

Good day Iwould like to complain about the bad service ireceived today iwent to buy 12,5kg flour but unfortunately it was damaged while the cashier withe name Brenda was busy with me iwas advised to exchange it by mself because shes is alone cannot leave the till un attended.i asked the two guys on the door to assist they said imust ask someone on the floor as they cannot leave the door.right now the flour is all over my car.no one was willing to assist
