They just don't care

On 15 July, I went to buy some meat at Mother of Plain, which is a butchery in Mitchell's plain, Town Centre. When I got home I noticed that some of the things I bought are not there and I went to the shop and informed them. They told me that they are going to look for it and will let me know whether they got them or not but until now I haven't heard from them. Today, I thought of following up on this but I was told that if they didn't call me, it's probably they didn't get those items and the case is that some customers that are behind you ***** your staff while the security checks your items. Then whose fault is that. If they are trying to make sure their security is tight, they should also look after their customers. To me they sound like they don't care what customers feel like as long as they are not on the lost.
