Management and reception no retail consumer skills

Purchased a few items yesterday just to realize that it was not lamb that I purchased but a mutton pack. I asked to return ut and unfortunately there is nothing wrong with the meat and they won't exchange it. So they are use to having meat that goes off in order for the customer to exchange. Poor policies which they not even clued up about the consumer act. I will take this up with health and safety and the retail consumer ombudsman.Management and reception both have no retail management skills, last purchase ever at the store.
