Unable to cancel - "lines are busy" 24/7 yet if you fill in the contact form to take out a new warranty, they call you within 5min. Telling them you want to cancel, leads to an unpleasant conversation with them finally saying they'll get the department to call (they cant put you through), and this call never happens.
