Seductive and Horrible Service

I took a warranty and a service plan with you guys. I then later changed my mind about the warranty plan and I sent endless emails to cancel my contract which was supposed to start on the 25th of May 2021. No one has ever rep****. To my surprise, last night Anele (the consultant that helped me sign up sends me a WhatsApp text telling me he likes me (how pathetic). I told him I want to cancel my contract and then he blocks me. What kind of nonsense service is this? I send an email to cancel and you send your consultant to seduce me? My emails are still not answered. I want my policies cancelled. You are unreliable! Imagine if I have a crisis and I need roadside assistance? It means I’m gonna get ignored until I get ****d or killed. I want my contract canceled.
