Mother Financial Service Plan with Extra Component Benefit

Stay away from Mother Financial. They are nothing but ********. I have that extra component benefit that comes with their service plan. I was quoted R33 711.10 to do the full maintenance on my vehicle. I claimed from Mother Financial and they requested a quote. I forwarded them the quote and they informed me to let the dealer call them to finalize the claim. The dealer calls me and tells me that Mother Financial has authorized R2000.00 only. What nonsense is this?
