Mother Financial not communicating with customers

Good day, Mother Financial under Dotsure for motorwarranty plan does not reply to emails nor calls. I've written query to terminate the plan on 4th Feb, up to this day 12th Feb have not received any communication. Makes me wonder how they process the claims. My concern is that I will be charged for something I insisted on terminating.
