Actually they don't deserve a rating. Be careful this company its *****...I took a service plan with them from the 4th of May 2021...and their waiting period it's 3 months, my 1st debit order was on the 25 of May. Then on August the 25 I spoke to Graig who advice me to book my car at any dealer ship as long is RMI approved. To my surprise on the 26 /08/2021 I book my car at a dealership and when called for authorization I was told my policy is 2days old. They mislead people, ********* ******** people with 90 days waiting period. Be careful they are not to be trusted
