Horrible claim service

I’m at a service dealer trying to get a service for my bakkie. And these people are giving me hassles with approving my claim. Stating I have outstanding amount. Which they never debited. So I make the payment immediately this morning. Email it to them and still they refuse to assist me. Please stay away from them
