Dissatisfied

It was my first time claiming for a Service as I took the deal a year ago for my car, I have 2 Policies with Motovap which is the warranty plan and Service plan. My car gets serviced yearly, I took my car in for a service and the dealership sent a quotation to motovaps and they approved only a portion of the service, I had to contact them to find out why they're only paying for the portion of the service and they said to me my policy does not cover the Brake Fluid Services. I literally went through my policy booklet while I was on the line with the consultant and I told him but on the documents it clearly states that it's covered when it's required for bot major and minor service, the consultant asked for the dealership to send them proof that my car needs the Break Fluid Services and I made a conference call between the Motovap consultant, myself and the dealership to ask him if that is all they require so that this does not take long and the consultant advised that is all they need. I received another email from Motovap telling me that they still will not cover and I had to pay it myself. I'm actually going to be canceling both policies with them and go back to the company i was with before them, I never experienced this with that company. It's frustrating.
