Car service claim

This company it's a ****, the service there is more than the word poor.I was very much disgusted actually.May this year i took a service plan with them and today i took my car for service and was sent from pillar to post.I was told by Ntombi Nene who was very arrogant and rude that they could not authorised for my servive as it shows on their side that the debit order from their side is not reflecting.I then asked to speak to a manager and while i was holding she was telling this other lady by the name of Lerato Koko and they were laughing about the whole issue. When Lerato picked up a phone i realised that she was actually not a manager and i asked for a manager and then she gave me Samantha Reddy whom she transferred me to Craig from warranty solutions and he asked for the statement, my bank statement which i sent. He later advised that they wont be able to pay for my service because the kilos on my car was 2000 more. This company is useless that's all i can say
