Breach of contract

My service plan was expired and I made an enquiry to have another plan to service my vehicle , I spoke to the consultant and he convinced me that I can take the vehicle to a franchised dealership , I received the contract two weeks later and emailed that my name was incorrectly spelt and specified I agreed on a contract that allowed my vehicle to be taken to a franchised dealership , I received an email correcting my name but my concern is that they did not address concern about the venue of my service, numerous attempts were made to address my concerns was ignored , the written contract is in breach of verbal contract that I agreed on , a deduction was made from my banking account which I reversed, emails are rep**** to selectively and a contract dispute is ignored , I have since emailed for the contract to be cancelled , awaiting the outcome , alternative email address ***
