Appalling service from Mother Financial

I joined Mother Financlals last year something and I've recently put through a claim through their claims company (Warranty Solutions). I was assisted by Ayoob Kajee and experienced less than satisfactory service.

I contacted Warranty Solutions a few weeks ago to enquire about my service plan with Mother Financials as my car was long overdue for service and was told that I had to wait for my car to reach 75 000 km mileage. I expressed that this was a surprise as I was under the impression that I could service my vehicle anytime. Instead of the agent making me aware of the nature of my policy he patronisingly said 'you should have taken the time to read your policy and educated yourself of these details'. His tone and approach was completely unacceptable! I decided to let this slide as I this was one incident and hoped to never deal with that agent again.

I experienced the same this morning with Ayoob. After contacting Warranty Solutions yesterday in the hopes of getting clarity on the claims process as my car was finally at the requested mileage, I arrived at the workshop this morning and was informed that they couldn't work on the car without receiving approval on the claim and that this could take more than a day in some instances. I then contacted Ayoob to ask why I wasn't informed of this process as I had moved some appointments around after he had given me the impression that my car would be attended to the same day. The condescending rudeness with which he responded was less than ideal. The man then asked to speak to the receptionist at the dealership and didn't realise he was on the speakerphone. He lashed out at her and referred to me as someone who 'doesn't know what they are doing'. Naturally, I called him to order to which he responded with statements such as 'I must get off my high horse' (amongst others).

This company's agents require the world of training and know absolutely NOTHING about customer service. I am APPALLED at the service that I've received and will be looking for another service provider with IMMEDIATE effect!
