Pathetic support / assistance

Did my N3 at Motheo Bloemfontein campus and never got my certificate, still trying to get it because I need it. None of the emails work. Nobody answers the phones and if you do get an answer from the central office, all they can do is give you the phone numbers where there is no answer. I’m stunned by their lack of support.
