Moteefe - shocking delivery service

In my wife finding something different on Facebook of all places on a link from Moteefe, I placed an order ***4 for her birthday for a hoodie she liked. Upon selecting and paying for the garment I received confirmation of the order as well as the anticipated delivery window, a little late but still within her birthday month. In following up on it now I am told to wait a further week, the delivery window missed and the birthday month now too. It is very sad that international companies like Moteefe upon getting paid allow the service to be spoiled by failing to deliver on or by the stipulated time frame and still have the gumption to ask for an extension.

This is my first and last purchase from Moteefe and I look forward to their response, if the garment is incorrect or late I will cancel the order and insist on a full refund.
