Amber Store repeated delivery failure

An Amber Store replacement order encroaching on another month passed and the delivery still not achieved, this was a birthday present for July this year (2020) however the initial fully paid for order allegedly 'lost' enroute and the replacement put into production however a second month passing and still no receipt
