Poor, Very Poor

Poor Communication, Poor Service! Car was taken for starting issue. I had to phone twice a day to enquire and obtain a quote. Eventually after 3 days I was told car is repaired and invoiced without prior quote. Very expensive and received car back with key broken in door lock. Never will I make use of them again neither will I refer anyone.
