Worst customer service ever
Bullying tactics to try and get you to take a contract with them, and when you don't they threaten you. Worst customer service I've ever received. Be aware, they harass you constantly.

15 Sept 2022, 08:22Mr. Nel took a contract option with us for 4 treatments per year. He received 20% discount. After the first service, he denied taking the contract. The referred harassment was an effort to discuss the cancelled contract from his side, so that the cancellation fee could be settled.
