Appalling Service

<p>At first contact I asked if they did moles and they assured me as per their website they do AL pests. When they inspected teh property, I asked when they would be installing the mole trap. They claimed they first had to order it. I had to pay inadvance and when they delivered it 3 days later they did not bother to install it. On my query they said they do not do moles and had told me so?</p> <p>No where did they say this as they had ample opportunity to do so: at first contact; when they inspected thepropert; when they sent me the quote; whenthey delivered it?! *** strining along a customer just tomake a quick buck?!</p>
