MOSTERT & BOSMAN EXORBITANT LEGAL FEES

I have an account with Propell that was handed over to this law firm and on 26 May 2021 I paid the R18 734.00. However, a collection commission of R1 164.38 was charged on 26 May 2021 for the judgement owed R10 125.00.

On the second judgement of R8 609.00 no collection fee was charged. However, a monthly interest of R195.79 on 12 June was charged though the listed amount on the judgement was paid on 26 May 2021.

When I asked Nadine Erasmus about legal fees she sent me an email with a list of how they calculated legal fees. It was two accounts one owing R8 609.00 and the other account owed R10 125.00 totalling to R18 734 which I paid on 25 May 2021 to remove the judgements listed on my credit bureau.

The legal fees and interest on judgements were a ridiculous R26 148.28. On 26 May when payment reflected on their account a further R1 164,38 was charged and on 12 June another R356,26 monthly interest was charged.

In July 2021 I had paid R44 148.28 more that double of what I owed. I owed R18 734.00 This is ********** and a *******.
