Terrible service

Do not register with this company, they don't refund you, then they mis calculate your refund. How can they take their commission on the amount including VAT?????????? They don't give any support if you have a query. It is almost impossible to get answers from them. Then the owner just threatened to block my unit, because I told him that I want my refund.
