Terrible Municipal Officials at Mossel Bay Municipality's Traffic Department

Terrible! The most argument and pathetic department in the whole of the Western Cape! The municipal officials most get a reality check and realize that they serve the residence of Mossel Bay.

I urge the officials to please resign if you are only there to get a salary each month! If you work for the municipality, it is to serve the residents with a smile.

The Municipal Manager must be ashamed of this level of service.
