BAD SERVICE - GROUPON

This is atrocious. The owner of Moss arranged to clean our carpets at 15h00 today 15 May 2015 - Hyron arrived at our home at 12h25 today expecting my domestic to let him in. I asked him to wait for 20 minutes till I arrived home as he was much earlier than arranged. He left and said no he will come back another time!
