In 2018 I found a room in ext 6 I regret the day I made the decision to contact Mathe Moshoeshoe. When i moved in she was a wonderful and welcoming person, I payed my 2400 deposit and was promised that once I move out the full amount will be reimbursed. In April 2019 I moved out after serving a month's notice, I left the place in the very same condition I found it and even cleaner. I left the key with the neighbor and she collected it. After 2 weeks of moving out o contacted her to ask about my deposit and she told me that she's still waiting for a tenant so she can pay my deposit. I waited another 2 weeks and I called her several times to no avail. A week later I called again and she told me that o won't get my deposit because I destroyed her property and she will sue me if I keep calling her. I tried to humble myself and speak to her but she became an animal so I just let go.

I gained courage one day and called her office number, the phone was answered by her kid saying she's not available This woman is a *****. I humbly ask everyone to be careful.
