I bought a house two months ago at Lentra properties in Vosloorus EXT 6 the east of JHB, it’s a 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms of which am happy with however the geyser is linking damaging the ceiling which am busy installing as I send this review, the electricity is bridged no Eskom meter box, i realised this the day I moved in on the 4 of October 2018.

I informed the agent that the above mentioned are not in order, the Lentra manager told me that he asked the Lawyers to hold some money in case the ex – owner is failing to resolve this issue that was on the 5 of October 2018 and am still hearing the same story, they told me to buy pines to fix the geyser myself they will deposit the money to my account that was on the 3th of November 2018 and they promised that the money will be deposit in my account on Tuesday, nothing came through my bank account till today.

The owner came and install an old geyser which is linking, and she sent an email saying he has ordered a cable from Eskom, a mail was sent on the 29 of October 2018 and am still waiting for her to install the Eskom meter box and fix the geyser.

I then sent an email to ex – owner and the lawyers plus the agent were copied on the mail. she responded with an attitude telling me to stop sending emails and she told the agent that she was selling the house as it is meaning the bridge electricity plus the linking geyser which I was not told by my agent. I then realised that the ex- owner is the agent herself by the name of Moshoeshoe properties. I am paying the bond and insurance for a house that am not happy with. No COC was given to me.

I asked on the mail how come the house was approved by SA home loan if some of the things were not function properly? Now I don’t know what do in regards with this issue. Moshoeshoe properties is not a fair agent they are giving clients grey hair I strongly believe that I am the only one who was ****** they are more victims out there. I feel sorry for the person whose dealing with this Moshoeshoe properties.

The service was horrible I can’t even stay in that house hence paying 6500 every month and they are not doing anything regarding this matter and now I must fight with them to get the job done !
