Watch Out for Moshabi Loans

I have requested assistance by Mr Pule Philemon, he charged me R1200 for a assistance on a Loan, in February 2019, I was instructed to deposit this amount into his account, which I have proof of payment of, and ever since he does not take my calls, respond to my messages, I asked him for a refund, but he does not respond at all.
