Events Department Deterioration

<p>Hi.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a an events organiser based in Durban and I am writing with great dissapointment and dissatisfaction with service received from Moses Mabhida Stadium's Events Department.</p> <p>I was enquiring about events spaces for an upcoming event I am organising. </p> <p> </p> <p>The new administrator didn't know ANYTHING about the stadium venues but referd me to her manager Mpume who ignored my calls and took a five days to respond to my emails. I don't know how you hire but nobody seems to know anything especially the new coordinators, Hopewell is clueless and the manager manages nothing, she's very unprofessional. Cindy was very professional, the intern administration that left was very proficient and prompt, very informed and professional, I believe her name was Happy, hospitality coordinator that also left was also very prompt. Now that they are gone, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please bring Thobile, Happy and Cindy De Wet back or shut down the events department until you find professional, prompt and informative management and coordinators.</p>
