Disappointed by the poor service

I am writing this review with such disappointment after a beautiful vacation in Durban only for our last stop to be a visitation to your establishment

Firstly for a tour guide to start by telling us that we should note that Zulu people are rude was the worst introduction one can ever make for me being in the hospitality and tourism industry I expected a professional tour guide I mean first impressions lasts my level of disappointment put me off the tour sametime

Our tour guide was just plain rude he expected people to interact with him and when people asked questions his follow up answer would first be ah mma like as if peoples questions were stupid which made people not even seem interested in interacting with him

In this industry one meets and works with different people / customers so as a tour guide one needs to be professional at all times

I'm not one to use the term I paid for a service so I expect people to feel me but it makes me angry when I'm made to feel like it was a free sponsorship and a person is doing me a favour by doing his job but in this case I honestly get where customers are coming from and why they would say such words

I hope training on proper ethics are given to the tour guides for future reference for as a client that visited ur establishment I was honestly left with a bitter taste in my mouth

Would I recommend your establishment to others I highly doubt I would
