Bad service on spray of vehicle

There 3.9 star rating is wrong!!!! I Had An extremely bad service at Moses Dent Removal ( Contact number ***) from Kinross in February 2022. They had to repair a small scratch on the boot of my vehicle. THEY tried several times to match the colour, but could not do it. Plus they broke a plastic cover on the inside of the boot.
