My friend bought me a voucher for a mosaic class. When I messaged Karen, I was told that I would need to pay for an extra hour because, while my voucher was only for 2hrs, her workshop was 3hrs. I paid the money and booked a class. Just before the class, Karen messaged that the class would be postponed due to her breaking a bone in her foot. We were told the class would be rescheduled. Just before the next class, we were notified that the class would again be postponed but this time it was because she had covid. They all had covid actually. I did not receive any further communication. When I asked about booking a class, her messages were very short and not forthcoming. When I asked what time the class was, I did not receive an answer. Since Tableview is 45minutes from where I live, and something not feeling right, I did not make my way there. I messaged her asking for a refund, which still hasn't come, despite her telling me it would be sent ASAP. She is a *********** who promises and clearly uses the same excuses not to deliver on what she has promised. She claims that the classes will occur at Olive Nursery but I am pretty sure that if they exist, they probably have no idea. I'd guess she hopes people will forget about the classes because she keeps postponing. Her number is ***
