Service please?

Disgusting service Waitress extremely rude. This is the second time this has happened. The last time this happened I was with my family and we literally had to get up and get menus, go and place our orders every time someone wanted a drink/food etc. On auto pilot I almost cleared the plates too. And it was empty! Not surprisingly
