Refusing to pay outstanding finder's fee as contractually agreed

<p>They are refusing to pay the balance of a finder's fee due to me. The finder's fee was AGREED upon and signed by both parties in 2015. The finder's fee is a fee payable to me for bringing in quite a large contract / client. </p> <p>It had nothing to do with the performance of the contract, as it is under their management and control.</p> <p>The money is due to me, and is OVERDUE. They are in breach of our agreement. I want restitution in terms of the balance due to me. As it is long overdue, I want this fully paid to me by end August 2016. I contacted the MD/CEO. He acknowledged that he does owe me this money, but did not commit to a payment date. I need this resolved urgently.</p>
