Returns goods for exchange

Good day

On the 04 November 2017 i went to buy a clush cable at Morula Motor Spares. took it home only to find that it was the wrong size. Yesterday on 09 November 2017 went to exchanged the cable but the own of the spares didnt want to changed it coz he told me if it was right . please help me coz is not the 1st time he treat his customers like this
